We have invested in further enhancements for 2009, by creating a fabulous deluxe room, and two premier rooms, as well as maintaining our five standard rooms.
All of our rooms have freeview TV, mini fridges, a complimentary fair trade hospitality tray, and new towels and bedding.
So, if you are looking for a base in North Cornwall, a beach holiday, or a gastronomic break, we aim to provide the highest levels of service, in a relaxed and friendly setting.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
DEPOSIT
A non-refundable deposit of £150.00 per room per week or part thereof is required to confirm a booking. Full payment is required in advance for 1 night bookings and is non-refundable.
We do not accept cheques for settlement of accounts.
CANCELLATION
We strongly recommend that you insure against cancellation. Should you need to cancel your booking, you will forfeit your deposit. We will do all possible to re-let your room. If, however the room remains un-let, the following charges will apply:
Within 1 week of arrival - full payment - taken on original CC at end of booked period
Between 1 and 6 weeks of arrival - 50% payment - taken on original CC at end of booked period
In the unlikely event that we have to cancel your holiday, your deposit will be refunded in full
SMOKING POLICY
Smoking is not permitted inside the building. This policy must be strictly adhered to for customer preference and insurance reasons. Any guest found to be smoking will be asked to settle their bill to date and depart.
ROOM REQUESTS
We shall always endeavor to meet requests for specific rooms. However, please note that this cannot be guaranteed and on rare occasions a different room may be allocated.
DOGS
We have a limited number of rooms that accommodate dogs. Dogs are not permitted in the breakfast room or in the lounge and must not be left unattended if you are not on site. All of our first & second floor rooms are completely pet free.
KEYS
Room keys must be left with reception on departure. A charge of £50.00 will be made for lost keys.
CHECK IN & DEPARTURE TIMES
Rooms are available from 2:00 pm on the day of arrival and should be vacated by 11:00 am on the day of departure. For arrivals after 6.00pm please call us in advance
CAR PARK
The car park is reserved for resident guests only. Cars and their contents are left entirely at your own risk, and we accept no responsibility for loss, damage or injury caused when using the car park.
ACCESS STATEMENT
Trevone Beach House is accessed from the car park via a ramp. The ground floor has no stairs and all areas are fully accessible to wheelchair users. One bedroom (room 9) is fully equipped for disabled use with a “wet room” shower and widened doors. All showers are equipped with grip handles and have non-slip mats provided. Please note - the first and second floor rooms are only accessible via stairs and are not suitable for wheelchair users or those unable to manage stairs.
