Quality and relaxing Trevone Beach House has 9 rooms, all of which are furnished and equipped to a high standard. Two new ground floor rooms built for 2006 offer spacious accommodation - and one is specifically designed for disabled guests. The 5 of the first floor rooms enjoy sea views across the bay towards the round hole and Trevose Head.
Every room has a TV, complementary tea and coffee, a hair dryer, clock radio and individual heating. There is ample storage space and the bathrooms are all recently fitted - all with showers. |

We never intended to land back up in Cornwall doing this - but boy are we glad we found the place! Being born and brought up in North Cornwall helped make the decision to give up the corporate jobs and London lifestyle and look for a better quality of life for the family. We've holidayed in Cornwall with family for years - and although we'd tired of London we'd not tired of looking for a new life for us all. We took over the old Newlands Hotel at the end of August 2003. The place was fully booked and the furniture lorry had to manoeuvre through a full car park. The previous owners were on hand for a week - and after that it was all down to us. We quickly discovered the need to have a plumber, electrician and carpenter on hand and soon realised that the place needed a great deal of TLC. Each winter since then has seen a major push to upgrade and improve the place. We are now decorating experts and know a thing or two about tiling, interior design and plumbing! total success" The work paid off quickly - after just five months here the AA inspector upgraded the Hotel to 4 Diamonds and made the following comment in his report "The New proprietors have made an impressive start. Hospitality was a strength, housekeeping impressed with all areas particularly clean and sparkling. Cuisine at both breakfast and dinner provided freshly and accurately cooked dishes using quality ingredients" Our philosophy is a simple one - we have holidayed all over the world - and it's the simple little touches together with an attention to detail and good service that make the difference between a good holiday and a really great holiday. We aim to make every welcome a great one, every room a comfortable one, and every experience a real pleasure. In October 2006, we achieved 4 AA stars. We all hope to see you soon
