Trevone is a special place for us and we know that people who come and discover it are always enchanted by its beauty and tranquillity. So much so that at least 60% of our guests have returned to us We moved here with our young family in 2002, after spending too long in corporate jobs in London. We bought a dilapidated old hotel that needed lots of love and attention to realise its full potential. For Neil, this was returning home, for Ros and the children– it meant starting a new life in a place they had all loved. Running our own business has taught us so much – from interior design, to plumbing, from attention to detail to a dedication to personal service. We love what we do, and take immense pleasure in welcoming people to our home, and providing them with the best possible stay. We have welcomed guests from all over the world, young and old, (along with a few celebrities) – and we always try to make everyone feel welcome, comfortable and relaxed from the moment they pull into the car park. Cornwall is one of the UK’s favourite destinations, and we know that all guests to this stunning County are looking for quality, value for money and the opportunity to see Cornwall and all it has to offer. We aim to fulfil all of these criteria – with the Atlantic rollers on our doorstep, a commitment to cleanliness and service at a price that reflects the highest possible value. We also know that we need to reduce our impact on the environment in which we live. We invite our guests to help us by re-cycling where possible, minimise the amount of water and power used and be mindful of the local wildlife.
